MI assesses partner performance from a consumer-lense and drives performance improvements to enable Consumer Promise.
Mitigate Supply Chain Risk
MI identifies supply chain risk (performance hotspots) and these insights allow Nike to take action to ultimately build source base resilience.
Strengthen Supplier Partnerships
MI sets performance expectations with partners, facilitates engagement with Nike, and provides extrinsic and intrinsic motivations for partner performance improvement.
